Whether you are looking for a unique lamp shade size, color variation, custom design, or specialty lighting product not currently listed in our catalog, we welcome the opportunity to assist you. Once we receive your special order request, we will confirm availability, pricing, estimated production and delivery timelines, and any customization limitations. Please note that special orders typically require additional lead time and may be subject to minimum order quantities or setup fees depending on the nature of the request.

All special orders are considered final sale. Due to the customized nature of these items, they are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once the order has been confirmed and submitted. In the event a special order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt with photographs and a detailed description so that we may evaluate eligibility for store credit.
